Follow Step by Step Process of Conversion

1. To start the conversion process of NSF to PST Download the Setup of Export Notes and start by Browse option
   
2. Select the Specific NSF file and click on Open button to load the file
   
3. To load the contacts NSF file (names.nsf) click on second Browse button
   
4. Select the location of saved contacts NSF file (names.nsf) and click on Open button of start the process to next step.
   
5. If you want to convert names.nsf file in different PST then check the option Migrate Contacts into separate PST file
   
6. Click on Export Selected Folders open the following screen which exhibits all NSF file folder. Check the boxes which are essential for conversion and next select Apply
   
7. For specific migration from Lotus NSF to PST apply filter on required items and select the date range via Set option
   
8. For the abolition of similar contacts check on Exclude Duplicate Contacts option
   
9. Here choose the properties which aid to filter duplicate contacts easily
   
10. Apply the multiple advance setting to make the migration procedure convenient
    
11. Select the appropriate categories HTML formatting, Doc Links, Header and Remove Encryption to make the conversion process specific
    
12. Choose the SMTP format by clicking dropdown menu to convert NSF canonical values
    
13. For the mapping of NSF folders with Outlook system or user-defined folders, check the box
    

14. Also PST file can be partitioned into needed size in MB or GB by applying Split option
    

15. Click on Export tab after choosing all essential options for conversion
    
16. This steps show the entire details of conversion with Final Report. Click on OK to exit the application
